Roger's 1967 APBA Replay

Week Ten of the 1967 BBW Replay is in the books, and what a week it was. There are a few teams with 58 or 59 games played, but most of the league has passed the 60-games-played mark. This means after a few more weeks we will be very near to the halfway point of the season, so it is coming quick. The highlight of this past week was not one no-hitter, but two no-hitters, the second and third of the replay. Mickey Lolich started the week off on Monday with the first of the two no-hitters, this one over the Twins. Willie Horton smacked a three-run homerun in the sixth and Lolich shut down the hometown Twins, allowing three walks but no hits.   Following Lolich's no-hitter on Monday, Philadelphia starter Rick Wise no-hit the Braves on Tuesday. The twist in this game was that even though Wise had thrown nine innings of no-hit ball,  the game was still undecided because Phil Niekro had thrown eight innings of one-hit ball.
